I'm sure you all remember the Jil Sander et al. paper bag-style clutches that came out in A/W season almost a year today.
I decided to do my own quick DIY version if you feel like making something new that's disposable without creating any waste.
I up-cycled a bashed old COS bag for this, the more beaten up the better. It looks better the more worn it gets, and costs next to nothing.
I do have some nice white faux-leather that needs using up but my sewing machine has pretty much died.
I would recommend water-based paints if you are using an old bag, at least as a base colour, a splash of ink or even some enamel paint on top would look great.
