My idea was to capture physical things that instinctually induce a reaction through the senses - e.g. texture, sound, scent to provide a message of change and self-reflection for the future.
The plan was to do a texture study of what I'm currently 'touching' in my life right now, starting with a fluffy jumper I found in a charity shop that I've been carrying around everywhere.
I also wanted to do objects made of curved plastic - touching a mouse for at least half of my day, and a surface primarily using paper - writing in my note book constantly.
I've hidden the object with a plant in my studio space, hopefully in the future it will provide a 'comfort refuge'.
I'd really like to continue this project with making tactile objects that have sensors producing scents or sounds.
